Will this work for split screen so 2 people can play one Playstation on 2 tv's
It duplicates the image on both screens. So if it is split screen, it will be split screen on both TVs. It won’t separate the split screen signal.

I’m not sure of the exact range limits. I think you likely could drive it in another room without issue.

The wheel is a Logitech G27. It is a discontinued model. Logitech currently makes the G29 and G920.
Where did you bought that stand
I bought the desk at Walmart. This video is from a few years ago, I'm not sure if they sell it anymore.
